Unique ID
Members will be provided with unique IDs and one call to our distress phone number will set in motion the protocol.
Immediate response
Highly skilled and professionally efficient, our paramedic team are the frontline of immediate care. Member will be immediately attended to by the expert paramedics with stabilisation support.
In-house ambulance service
After initial intervention by our paramedics, if need be, our in-house ambulance will seamlessly transfer (zero paperwork) to our hospital environment immediately and admit the member to our emergency ward for further stabilisation and initial diagnosis by the resident medical officer (RMO).
Direct contact with person responsible
While the above steps are being taken our office will contact the pre decided person and report to him of the incident. Then after primary diagnosis of the member’s condition and advice from the RMO, our team will discuss with him or her about the subsequent treatment protocol.
