Elder care is achieved through the pivotal role of care managers. Dietary support
After factoring in the medical condition of our members a balanced diet is key prepared by our professional dieticians after consultation with the treating doctor to ensure our members receive the nutrition they need. We then personalise dietary plans to cater to individual preferences and special dietary needs.
Health and hygiene care
A disciplined hygiene regime is essential towards maintaining good health. Our care managers and geriatric animators supervise our members’ hygiene routine with diligence to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Medication management
Prescriptions are reviewed and any clarification issues are addressed and thoroughly explained to our members. Medicines are compared and organised ensuring that the correct doses are administered at the correct times. When advised or required pre-printed record sheets for CBG, Vitals,Input-Output are maintained by our attendant.
